This is the house, early June 2007. The plan is to add on a new living room in the front, turn the old living room into the dining room,and give the kitchen a much needed makeover.

I wanted to have more room, and I wanted to have a real dining room, so I drew up a plan, and got ahold of Seattle Metropolitan Remodeling to make it a reality. My idea was to add basically the same size living room to the front of the house, then giving me a ridiculusly large dining area in the old living room. While they do the addition, I will be adding new flooring to the existing space, adding new windows in the living room, snall bedroom to replace the windows I am losing and adding one in the kitchen for more natural light, refinishing the kitchen cabinets, and adding an extension to the rear deck!
